She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Concordia University Chicago and has over 20 years of experience in both administration and education. Outside of work, Allison enjoys being active in her church and community, including tending to her church’s community garden and spending time with her large extended family. She lives in Park Ridge, a quaint suburb outside of Chicago, Illinois, with her husband, Chris, and their three daughters, who keep the family calendar full with sports and a variety of other talents.
